The Dining Experience:

Vaaler Creek Grill is enclosed in one end of our open-air pavilion that comfortably sits 200 guests. Close by, our 5,500 square-foot deck offers a casual atmosphere for dining after a day of golf, great for family dining or a quiet drink and snacks. Catering services at Vaaler Creek offer gourmet menus and individualized attention.

At this time, our memberships are only available to people that own land inside Rockin' J Ranch

LAND/HOME OWNERSHIP:

Real estate ownership within Rockin' J Ranch includes the first 3 rounds of each month with free green fees for as long as he/she owns the land and is current with the annual maintenance dues to the HOA. The 3 free rounds are counted individually for the owner, their spouse and dependent children and the 3 rounds do not roll over or accumulate if they are not used in any given month.  If the land owner plays more than 3 times in a particular month he/she will have reduced green fee rates from non-member rates. They can bring guests to play with them and we will offer those guests a reduced rate from non-member rates. If you plan on playing more often than 3 times per month, we offer an annual rate that gives unlimited green fees.

ANNUAL FULL MEMBERSHIP FOR A SINGLE PLAYER:

You must own property inside our community, Rockin' J Ranch, in order to qualify for this annual rate. This entitles the individual member to unlimited rounds during the year with free green fees and cart fees. Currently this annual fee is $2,400.

ANNUAL FULL MEMBERSHIP FOR A FAMILY:

You must own property inside our community, Rockin' J Ranch, in order to qualify for this annual rate. This entitles the member, spouse and dependent children to unlimited rounds during the year with free green fees and cart fees. Currently this annual fee is $3,600.

Tuscany Heights Condominiums are located right next to our 10th tee, across the creek from the 9th green. These are luxury custom-built condos conveniently located near the golf shop and community swimming pool. Tucked away amongst the live oaks and along a creek, it's the perfect get-away to enjoy a peaceful weekend or a week-long family vacation.

A minimum of 2-nights is required and a 10% discount is available on stays of 4 nights or longer.  Stay & Play groups must have 2 or more guests.

PACKAGE OPTIONS FOR 2022/2023

PAR LEVEL   $225.00 per person per night----This includes the price of the condo, up to 2 rounds of golf for each night stayed and range balls

BIRDIE LEVEL   $250.00 per person per night----This includes the price of the condo, up to 2 rounds of golf for each night stayed, range balls, plus breakfast and lunch each day

EAGLE LEVEL   $300.00 per person per night----This includes the price of the condo, up to 2 rounds of golf for each night stayed, range balls, breakfast and lunch for each night stayed, plus a 6-pack of beer and a premium cigar for each night stayed (guests must be of legal age for this package)

We will assign the condo(s) to your group based upon availability and the number of players in your group.

We have 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom condos. Each condo has a fully furnished kitchen with plates, silverware, and cooking utensils. • Unit #104: One King Bed, One Queen Bed
• Unit #204: One Queen Bed, Two Twin Beds
• Unit #102: One Double Bed, Two Twin Beds

Our 3-Bedroom / 2-Bath Condos:

• Unit #201: One Queen bed in the master suite, Two Twin beds in each of the other rooms
• Unit #203: One Queen bed in the master suite, Two Twin beds in each of the other rooms

Our 3-Bedroom / 2-Bath Penthouse Condos:

• Unit #302: One King Bed, One Queen Bed, and one King Bed in the penthouse loft
• Unit #304: One King Bed, One Queen Bed, and one King Bed in the penthouse loft

Our 4-bedroom / 3-Bath Penthouse Condos:

• Unit #301: This unit is furnished with 8 Twin beds for the ultimate stay with a bigger group of friends
• Unit #303: This unit has two Queen Beds and 6 Twin beds

Because of Texas TABC Laws NO ALCOHOL nor private coolers can brought onto the golf course. Any coolers found to contain beer or alcohol on the golf course will be confiscated by our staff and returned to the individual following play. Vaaler Creek golf staff including, Starters Marshals, and or Food and Beverage Staff have the authority to confiscate any alcohol they find that has been brought onto the premises.  While staying in the condos guests can bring their own food, drinks, beer, liquor, and any other alcoholic beverages of their liking. These alcoholic beverages can be consumed while at the condos when golfers are off the golf course and have finished play.

Our practice range features a wide, deep, and very plush tee box area. There are seven target greens from 50 yards to 350 yards to accommodate the use of all your clubs. There is a ball dispenser inside the range building so that if you are not playing a round of golf, you can just drive your car directly to the range and serve yourself.

• A small bucket has 35 ball and costs $4
• A medium bucket has 60 balls and costs $6
• A large bucket has 85 balls and costs $8

We also feature an "E-range key" option to make practice easier and less expensive. The e-range key is a small plastic device that you can carry on your keyring. It acts like a debit card used just for range balls. Each key can be programmed with your name and balance so if you ever lose the key, you won't lose your credit balance. We offer four different levels of this program:

• Par Level - pay $50, get a key for free and a starting balance of $65
• Birdie Level - pay $90, get the key for free and a starting balance of $120
• Eagle Level - pay $140, get the key for free and a starting balance of $200
• Albatross Level - pay $300, get the key for free and a starting balance of $460
